In addition to general publications, novels, comics, and rare books, they offer workspace, computers, internet access, activities, and rotating exhibitions. The general public can visit the library for free by showing their ID card or passport; however, borrowing books requires an annual membership fee. The annual membership price ranges from 10 to 60 baht, depending on the age of the applicants.
The Bangkok City Library is currently open Tuesday through Sunday (closed Mondays) from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
