        In celebration of International Day of Happiness on March 20, the Academic Resource Center encourages you to make it simple to be happy.

  • Reflect on the plus sides of your day, even if they are small, such as enjoying a nice meal or beautifull sky.
  • Take care of your health and exercise regularly. A healthy mind must exist in a healthy body.

  • Stop overthinking.

  • Take your favorite hobby or discover something new to try.

  • Make it usual to apologize and thank you.

  • Set goals that will make you happy.

  • Always keep a sense of humor and a smile, and don't forget to tag a friend who makes you smile in the comments below.
