World Heart Day is on 29
September every year to make everyone
aware of the importance of
cardiovascular disease. Which is the
number one cause of death for
humans.
On 2022, the main
theme of the World Heart Day campaign is
“USE HEART FOR EVERY HEART”
for the three main goals are;
Use heart for
humanity, to access heart disease
treatment especially in poor countries
with high rates of death from heart
disease.
Use heart for nature,
to save the environment and support
environmental law. Let the world be
healthy for all of us.
Use your heart
for yourself, exercise, reduce stress,
get enough sleep, to reduce the chance
of heart disease up to twice in people
with high stress.
Heart disease
is not limited to the elderly or any
gender but can happen to anyone. Some
heart diseases can be prevented through
behavior modification. Such as exercise
at least 150 minutes per week, control
your weight and waist circumference,
refrain from smoking, alcohol, and eat
heart-healthy foods such as whole
grains, beans, vegetables, fish, and
fruits and get enough
sleep.
