Research that surveys and analyzes data on personnel in the warehouse department. Including preparing personnel in the warehouse department with the use of the warehouse management system program (WMS). It also optimizes logistics management in terms of timing and accuracy in warehouse management. The researcher conducted a study with employees working in warehouses in the central region by using a questionnaire as a research tool.

        The results showed that the analysis of the overall warehouse staff's perception of using the WMS was at a high level. When considering the perception of each aspect, it was found that warehouse workers have a high level of perception of using the WMS in each aspect. In addition, warehouse employees who have personal factors in terms of gender, age, education level, work experience, and different job positions. There will also be perceived use of the overall WMS differently.
