To enhance the teacher's career, establish standards and teacher welfare including arranging an appropriate education format.

        The researcher studied the level of teacher competency development needs. Compare demand levels and guidelines for the development of teacher competency in basic education institutions under the Suphanburi Educational Service Area Office 3. Studying the level of need for personnel development according to the competence of professional teachers according to the knowledge standard in 10 areas. Compare the level of teacher competency development needs according to age, work experience. and the teacher's teaching class and study the guidelines for personnel development.

        It was found that the need for personnel development according to the competence of professional teacher practitioners is at a high level. When considering each aspect according to the knowledge standard in all 10 areas. Most of them are at a high level, except for being a teacher moderate when comparing the level of teacher competency development needs, classified by age, work experience and the teacher's teaching class. It was found that there were differences in both language and technology for teachers, measuring and evaluating the results of the study, curriculum development. As for the guidelines for developing teacher competency overall, it will develop on its own.
