Research that develops an information system that can monitoring evaluation of student’s learning behavior. Integrate data and information with other systems that related to teaching and learning management. Then analyze data and study the relationship between student’s learning behavior and learning achievement. This is studying with students of the College of Innovation and Management and students of the Faculty of Science, the education project for monks and novices. The results of the study found that the information system for monitoring and evaluation of student’s learning behavior has a very good level of performance in all 5 areas. Including, checking the name of the class Received the highest rating, followed by answering questions, performing tasks and submitting assignments, participation in activities both inside and outside the classroom, and re-entering (review of missing content) with the lowest score.
The results of the assessment of the quality of work found that information accuracy has the most valuable, follow by speed of response and completeness of information. As for the results of the analysis of the relationship between learning behavior and learning achievement of the students, it was found that the students’ behavior was related in the same direction as the learning achievement. That is to participate in activities both inside and outside the classroom, work and submit assignments, and answering questions with a high correlation. As for absenteeism and re-entry (review of missing content) was correlated in the opposite direction with learning achievement. In addition, researcher also created an equation for predicting learning achievement from students' learning behavior variables by using multiple regression analysis techniques. It has a forecast accuracy of 79.30 percent, and the standard error of forecasting is 0.49.
