A research study to find a method for converting organic waste into biodiesel and biogas in communities in Bang Khae Subdistrict, Samut Songkhram Province. The implementation of the 3 objectives include an analysis of how organic waste can be used as an alternative energy in the form of biogas and biodiesel type by using the biotechnology. And find ways to develop organic waste management to be biodiesel and Biogas for community usage. The results shown that the amount of oil has been used and the oil from washing in 400 households that were 1.5 percent and 0.2, respectively, and they have a free fatty acid, organic content, Total organic carbon (TOC), Total nitrogen and organic acids are 25.2 to 52.6, 125.5 to 325, 46.-5.6, and 1.5 to 3.4 respectively.
Then bringing organic waste debris were mixed fruit peel and banana peel in a ratio of 1:1 with cow dung can be produced biogas in maximum to 18 liters a period over 35 days. The others of oil processing plant through the use and oil from the grease trap can produced to be biodiesel by using transesterification process. The yield of this production has 80-85 % and 50-55 % respectively. Finally, the studied can design a small medel for 5 liters’ biodiesel production. And biogas has a capacity of 5-10 liters so that can continue to use demonstrating in the community.
