        Embroidery, the embroidery is beautifully decorated using techniques and materials that vary from culture and era. It is considered to be one of the oldest forms of human craftsmanship. 

        The fabrics used in embroidery range from cotton, silk, linen to calico. The material used for embroidery is mainly thread or silk and may be further decorated with other  valuable materials such as metallic gold, pearls, beads, or other gems to add value and beauty 

        Embroidered fabrics are not only used for clothing and household items. But at times it is also a symbol of position, social standing and individuality. 

        Nowadays, embroidery is another popular hobby because it is not too complicated. The equipment is easy to find. It also helps practice meditation, creativity, stress relief. The finished workpiece is also versatile or given as a valuable gift.
