The descriptive study was to describe health and health risk behavior in students of Suan Sunandha Rajapbhat University. By studying with undergraduate students in year 2-4, most of the students had appropriate health behaviors, have a normal body mass index. It was also found that the top three health behaviors are eating fruits and vegetables, drinking milk, and drinking fruit juice. The top 3 health risk behaviors were alcoholic beverages, sexually risky behavior, and risk behaviors in motorcycling.
The researcher suggested that alcohol risk behaviors should be prevented. This will lead to premature sex. They should also educate themselves about the use of condoms to prevent infection and pregnancy. Including risky behavior in driving a motorcycle, this should increase awareness of wearing helmets and had a negative attitude towards drinking alcohol behavior.
