        The research study on correlative factors of working behaviors among employees at Muang Thai Insurance co., ltd after merge. By studying with employees of all departments at the middle management level, executive level and operational staff.

        The results of the research revealed that most of the employees were at the operational level. There was an average level of opinion on overall organizational structure factors at a moderate level. The overall organizational culture factor was at a good level. Most of the employees have a high level of employee knowledge about mergers and acquisitions. Overall post-merger work behavior and every aspect in every aspect is at a high level.

        In addition, employees with different gender, age, status, educational level, there was no difference in working behavior after the merger overall. Employees with different income and salary rates, there will be behavior after the merger as a whole and each side. Including increasing productivity and leaving work will be different. As for the overall organizational culture factor, the relationship with the working behavior after the merger, there was a moderate correlation and in the same direction.
