        Healthy food is another popular trend, especially at a time when the epidemic is wreaking havoc across the world.  We've all learned how important good health is.         

        Plant Based is food of at least 95% plant origin, such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains, plant-based milk,  with a focus on natural foods rather than processed products.         

        Plant Based Diet, therefore, it is a process of reducing meat consumption, unlike vegetarians who completely abstain from meat.        

        They are also more relaxed than vegans who not only refrain from eating meat but also avoid animal products such as animal skins and beeswax. Studies have shown that plant-based diets reduce the risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease and contribute to weight loss.         

        In addition, Plant Based Diet also reduces water consumption, use of space, and reducing the amount of carbon dioxide  emitted by animal husbandry and meat processing.
