Quality management research that researcher has defined a competency structure and to produce a dictionary of teacher professional competency for students in the Bachelor of Education Program (5 years course), before leaving for professional experience. The research was conducted with faculty members and fifth year students from the Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, teacher mentor of students from the School of Teacher Professional Development, and graduates in education Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

        The results showed that teacher professional competence of students in the Bachelor of Education Program (5-year course) prior to their professional experience training consists of learner analytical competence and learner understanding, competence in knowledge and understanding about student development activities, competence in classroom management, competencies in building relationships with communities, competence in curriculum management, Learning Plan Competency, cognitive competence in learning management and finally, the competence in applying technology for teaching and learning.

        Researcher then used the competency structure to prepare a competency dictionary and checked for accuracy by experts. Unanimously approved a dictionary of teaching professional competence of students in the Bachelor of Education program, before leaving to practice, professional experience is correct. It is suitable to be used as a dictionary of student teacher professional competency.
