      Khon, the thai classical masked dance which is considered the highest arts from as well as the national identity. In the past, Thai kings regarded Khon one of the royal articles of use. Strictly, it was evident this forbidden oerformance not for private to own a troupe except for the royal khon troupe in the royal court and only performance therefore has successively beenunder thr royal pratronage up to the present time.
