            Advance care plans for the older adults. The content consists of 2 important issues:

               1) factors related to advance care planning in older adults consists of factors related to the older adults themselves, families and caregivers, and the other factors.                2) guidelines for promoting advance care planning of the older adults. Health care provider should have good preparation in promoting advancd care plan for older people. A good preparation will encourage the older adults to be aware of and accepted advanced care plans as well as be confident in receiving palliative care for good quality of life at the end of their lives.
