        Summary of research results The roles and functions of various aspects of local Mon food culture in Ban Pong District, Ratchaburi Province are very important for raising awareness of the role and importance of food culture, promoting identity preservation and development of the area. Community, with Thai Mon people in the community who play an important role in supporting, preserving and transferring knowledge of Mon food wisdom amid the changing of today's socio-cultural.
