        The results showed that the LED Projecy had the best practice and standardized knowledge management on waste and waste water under 5 procedures: 1) analyzing knowledge requirement, 2) creating/finding new knowledge ,3) collecting and organizing knowledge ,4) disseminating and passing on knowledge and 5) applying knowledge.
