We can make infused water by cutting fresh fruit and soaking it in cold water to add flavor and natural vitamins. Dr. San recommends 5 formulas of fruit juices and herbs as follows:
1. Blackberry mixed with mint
2. Raspberry mixed with cucumber
3. Strawberries mixed with fresh basil
4. Sliced apple mixed with cinnamon
5. Pear slices mixed with vanilla extract
to get more flavor Should be berries. That's diced fruit. If you like a fizzy taste, use soda water instead of water.
