The Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (OHEC), through the Office of Information Technology Management for Educational Development (OHEC), recently began a project to subscribe to an electronic database that will provide services to students, faculty, researchers, and educational personnel at higher education institutions.
        To provide efficient database subscriptions that are actually aligned with the needs of the consumers. Since so, a survey of academics and electronic databases has been developed to collect data from students, faculty, researchers, and educational workers.
