OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) is an organizational management framework that focuses on goal-setting and measurement to ensure the organization moves in the same direction.
O - Objectives
The main goals that are challenging, inspiring, and provide clear direction, answering the question “What do we want to achieve?”
KR - Key Results
Success metrics that must be quantifiable and have a clear timeframe, answering the question “How will we know we've achieved our goal?”
