        The bartender has a history that can be traced back to the Greek and Roman eras, as service workers who working in public drinking establishments.

        In 15th century Europe, bartenders were often breweries or inns. Most of them produce their own beverages and it's also a career that is not accepted much.

        It wasn't until the 19th century that bartender became one of the highest paying professions. It is said that some famous bartenders make more than the president's salary.

        In the 20th century, new types of alcoholic beverages were produced and even more exotic drink, mix recipes. The bartender career became more and more popular following the expansion of the tourism and hotel industry. It is generally taught at the college and university level. Sailor Jerry, a rum company in the United States has established Bartender Appreciation Day to honor everyone in the profession. They chose 3rd December, which is the busiest month for the bartender career and cooperate with other organizations in special events and hold competitions to find the best bartenders.
