After declaring COVID-19 an endemic disease, Thailand's Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health, provided advice on annual COVID vaccination and recommending getting vaccinated once a year along with the flu vaccine in April, before entering the rainy season, which is the season of influenza outbreak.
Vaccination is recommended at least three months after infection for people who have recently been infected.
