A password is the secret character or word that is used to verify your identity when accessing a digital resource.

Passwords are the backbone of digital security in personal as well as business settings. They are the digital keys that secure the door against cyber attacks.

A strong password can start with a combination of capital and lowercase letters, digits, and symbols, and be at least 10 characters long. It should not include personal information such phone numbers, birth dates, names, or addresses.

Don't use the same password for all websites. Keep your screen unlock code separate from the app codes for your phone. Use two-factor authentication on every website you can.

The Academic Resource Center gives users with an ID and Password to make borrowing and returning books easier, as well as renewing them online in the Liberty database. Please contact the loan counter for additional information.
