Charlie Inthawijit,
formerly known as Sanga Inthawijit, was
born on July 6, 1923 in Samut Sakhon
Province. Graduated from Amnuay Silpa
School and the Railway Engineering
School.
Famous works
such as Praise Maharaja, Saen Saep, Tha
Chalom, Thung Ruang Thong, Monrak Dok
Kham Tai, Mae Klong, Ruean Phae, The
Defendant Love. Performances such as
Sawan Dum, Chom Jai Wiang Fah, Ai Pang,
SRT. Directed a number of films such as
Prasat Sai, King Kaew and Cupid Media,
etc. Also got the National Film Award
(Phra Surasawadee) Suphannahong Award,
National Film Awards, and the Golden
Gramophone Award.
Recognized as
a national performing arts (Lyrics
Composer-Film Director) for the year
1993. He is the only person who has
received 2 honors both for writing
lyrics and directing
movies.
Charlie

May 5, 2021, aged 98.
