        Queen Sirikit Museum of Textilesis an agency under the Foundation for the Promotion of Arts and Crafts in Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. It is located at the Rassakorn Phiphat Hall in the Grand Palace. It was established according to the royal wishes to be a source of knowledge about fabrics as well as the history of costumes from the early Rattanakosin period to the present, history of local fabrics of Thai people popularity of Thai silk and local textiles in Indochina until European influence in the early 20th century. 

        This reflected through the costumes in the courts of different eras including the royal clothing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. Phiphat Chamber of Commerce is located in the outer court area, along the northern wall of the Grand Palace. 

        The exhibition is divided into 3 exhibitions, room 1, “Rajpastra from Thai fabrics”, room 2 “Thai royalism” and rooms 3 and 4, “Hand that works for the land”. 

        Opened on Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Group visits are requested to make an appointment in advance.
