A large collection of both shellac and vinyl recordings is stored in a section of the Broadcasting Museum and Archive of the Public Relations Department, located on the second level of the Public Relations Department Auditorium. The compilation includes traditional Thai music, Thai pop music, and foreign music from around the world, including the original release of Thailand's national anthem.

The library also has a record player in a small section where visitors can try playing records or search for songs of interest in the library's database.

The Broadcasting Museum and Archive of the Public Relations Department, and the Record Library, are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. However, because the quantity of record players is restricted, reservations must be made ahead of time.
