        Physical activity is the movement of the body caused by the work of the muscles. That cause the body to use more energy. This may be an occupational activity, household chores, travel, or leisure activities.

        For those over 60 years of age, physical activity will help strengthen the respiratory and circulatory systems. Muscles and bones, reduce stress, reduce the risk of various diseases.

        The elderly should have a variety of physical activities in terms of strengthening muscles, balance, flexibility of the body and aerobic exercise.

        Aerobic exercise should be performed continuously for at least 10 minutes, 3 times a day.

        For people with mobility problems, should add at least 3 days of balancing exercise a week to prevent falls and there should be stretching to relax the muscles. Change your posture frequently during the day.
