Fatigue is a symptom that indicates a decrease in physical performance as a result of coronavirus infection. It is often found in patients who have recovered from COVID 3 months from the date of infection and symptoms persist for more than 2 months.

Risk factors for debilitating symptoms in patients often occurs with females who have a history of anxiety or depression or chronic lung disease.

Fatigue may be associated with memory and concentration problems, headaches, insomnia, muscle pain, enlarged lymph nodes.

Self-care advice for people with post-coronavirus exhaustion are: start doing daily activities little by little, regular rest, start exercising from a beginner level, and take a break when feeling exhausted.

If symptoms persist for more than 2 months, should consult a physician treating the patient.
