Children's Museum : Fun learning for children of all ages.

        Bangkok Children's Museum No. 1 (Chatuchak) is located in the area of Queen Sirikit Park on an area of more than 7 rai. It is a project following the royal wish of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit. His Majesty wishes Thai children to enjoy learning in the form of a children's museum and for organizing activities for children and families in Bangkok.

        After opening in 2001, it was closed for major renovations in 2012 to have a modern learning model under the concept "Learning for Young Creative Mind" "fun to play, fun to think, creative mind" that emphasizes the learning process with diverse motivation.

The Children's Museum consists of 3 buildings:

   1. Tho Tawan Building is a three-storey building in the shape of a semicircle. The center is an open hall on the 1-3rd floor, which is a creative space for an exhibition of knowledge suitable for children aged 7-12 years.

   2. Rainbow Building is a 2-storey building that is a creative space. Provide educational exhibitions for children and parents in a safe and suitable environment to enhance the development of children aged 0-6 years.

   3. Universe Building exhibits a series of exhibitions to enhance skills on global warming, natural disasters, and near-urban dangers, interactive energy saving.

        There is also an outdoor activity area available in the form of a water park, playground and adventure base rides in a forest setting. That allows children to play independently consisting of a tunnel for sifting, balance rope bridge, climbing ramps, tree houses, monkey ladders, slides.

        Outdoor patio and exhibition building is open with no admission fee on Tuesday - Sunday and public holidays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. closed on Mondays.
