The Bank of Thailand
Learning Center was established to
commemorate the bank's 75th
anniversary. The location is on the
banks of the Chao Phraya River near Rama
8 Bridge, where the country's first
banknote printing building stands. It
desires to be an integrated learning
center equipped with cutting-edge
educational technology. There are
several types of learning activities.
Preserve the national knowledge heritage
and create an exhibition area where
visitors can learn about
currency.
The total area of 12,900
square meters contains a library,
museum, archives, exhibition space,
restaurants, cafes, and souvenir
shops.
Everyone can use the area at no cost.
However, there will be a charge for
using the service in certain areas, such
as meeting rooms, idea box rooms, and
exhibition spaces.
Service hours are
9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., except on
Mondays and bank
holidays.
