#ภาษามือ เป็นรูปแบบหนึ่งของการสื่อสารไปยังผู้บกพร่องทางการได้ยิน โดยใช้มือ สีหน้า และกิริยาท่าทางประกอบกันเพื่อสื่อความหมายและถ่ายทอดอารมณ์แทนการพูด ภาษามือไม่ถือเป็นภาษาสากลเพราะภาษามือของแต่ละประเทศมีความแตกต่างกันเช่นเดียวกับภาษาพูด

        ปัจจุบันมีองค์กรทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนหลายแห่งเปิดคอร์สสอนภาษามือไทยทั้งในรูปแบบของการเรียนในห้องเรียน การเรียนออนไลน์ และฐานข้อมูลภาษามือสำหรับศึกษาด้วยตนเอง เช่น

        https://www.th-sl.com/ ฐานข้อมูลภาษามือไทยเบื้องต้น ในรูปแบบดิจิทัลแพลตฟอร์ม มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบภาษามือไทยและคำศัพทภาษามือไทยที่ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน  ซึ่งสามารถสืบค้นคำศัพท์ได้ 2 ช่องทาง คือ ค้นจากภาษาไทย และ ค้นจากภาษามือไทย ตามคำศัพท์ในหนังสือภาษามือไทยเล่ม 1-6 ของสมาคมคนหูหนวกแห่งประเทศไทย ไม่น้อยกว่า 1,000 คำ

        https://www.th-sl.com/ Basic Thai Sign Language database in digital format. Content includes information about Thai Sign Language elements and language used in daily life. You can search for vocabulary in 2 ways: searching from Thai language and searching from Thai sign language. There are at least 1,000 words from the Thai Sign Language book, volumes 1-6, published by the Deaf Association of Thailand.
