ไข้เลือดออกเป็นอีกหนึ่งโรคติดต่อที่มีการระบาดสูงในฤดูฝน โดยมีนี้กระทรวงสาธารณสุขประมาณการว่าจะมีการระบาดสูงกว่าปีที่แล้ว และแนะนำมาตรการ 3 เก็บ ได้แก่

     1. เก็บบ้าน ให้สะอาดไม่ให้ยุงลายเข้ามาเกาะพัก

     2. เก็บขยะ ภายในและรอบ ๆ บริเวณบ้านไม่ให้เป็นแหล่งเพาะพันธุ์ยุงลาย

     3. เก็บน้ำ เก็บภาชนะกักเก็บน้ำให้มิดชิดเพื่อป้องกันยุงลายลงไปวางไข่

     4. การป้องกันและกำจัดยุงลายนอกจากป้องกันโรคไข้เลือดออกได้แล้ว ยังป้องกันโรคไข้ปวดข้อยุงลาย และโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสซิกาได้อีกด้วย

        ศูนย์วิทยบริการเชิญชวนผู้ใช้บริการทุกท่าน สำรวจและกำจัดแหล่งเพาะพันธุ์ยุงลายในบ้านเรือน เช่น แจกันดอกไม้ จานรองกระถางต้นใบทั้งในบ้านและนอกบ้าน ปิดฝาภาชนะเก็บกักน้ำให้มิดชิด และรักษาความสะอาดรอบๆ บ้านตลอดหน้าฝนนี้

ALEART: Dengue fever outbreak

Dengue fever is another highly dangerous sickness that occurs during the rainy season. The Ministry of Public Health predicts that the prevalence will be higher than last year and advises the three-KEEP method:

Keep your home clean to prevent mosquitoes from breeding.

Keep waste out of your house and surrounding areas.

Keep water and water containers covered to prevent mosquitoes from laying eggs

Eliminating dengue mosquitoes helps prevent not only dengue fever but also Chikungunya and Zika virus too.

The Academic Resource Center proposes all our users to inspect and eliminate sources of mosquito breeding such as flower vases, saucers, and plant pots both indoors and outdoors, close the lid of a water-holding container, and keep the surrounding area clean during the rainy season.
